Gotta love philly. Joe Vento wins his discrimination case against the city of Philadelphia for his “This is America when ordering speak english” sign at the famous cheesesteak spot in South Philly.

His argument:

“Excuse me if you don’t speak english,

you can’t read the sign, so what does that sign say?….

And if you do speak English how is that offensive”

In another video he also said they never refused service if you didnt speak english:
