Remembering Lou Dorfsman

Lou Dorfsman, Creative Director for all things CBS for over 40 years died Wednesday in Roslyn NY at the age of 90 due to congestive heart failure. Dorfman has been in the design news a lot recently for the ongoing restoration project of his famous Gastrotypographicalassemblage wall which once lived in the CBS cafeteria. The Center for Design Study has assumed responsibility for the Wall’s preservation, including its restoration, maintenance and exhibition. More about Dorfsman can be found here & here

Kung Fu HD Shoot

Superfad Seattle and Chase Jarvis teamed up on a campaign for the Kung Fu HD network. During the two day shoot, motion was captured using the Phantom HD camera and stills were captured with the Hasselblad H2D. This video is a brief documentation of this creative collaboration.
